Cookie Policy

How PHIX-IT uses cookies and similar browser technology.

Last updated: 11 September 2026. This policy applies to the PHIX-IT website, repair-reporting services and secure portals.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, including local storage and session storage, allow a site to remember information in your browser. In this policy, “cookies” includes these similar technologies unless we explain otherwise.

2. How PHIX-IT uses them

PHIX-IT currently uses cookies or browser storage that are necessary to provide secure portal access, remember limited user choices, protect the service and keep forms working properly. We do not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics cookies on the public PHIX-IT website.

3. Storage currently used

4. Your choices

Because the current cookies and browser storage are necessary for security or services you request, they do not require an optional accept/reject banner. You can still block or delete them through your browser settings, but parts of the portal, login or repair-reporting service may stop working properly.

You can remove a remembered email by unticking the remember-me option and remove other stored information by clearing site data for phix-it.co.uk in your browser.

5. If our use changes

If PHIX-IT introduces optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate consent control before those cookies are used.
